We handle the full process for you—each helmet is 3D printed, sanded, painted, and shipped ready to display or wear. These are made in 1:1 scale to bring that movie-accurate presence to life.

Please note:

Armor is not included and must be purchased separately

You must provide your own head strap if you plan to wear the helmet—we do not include one, as sizing varies from person to person

Some light assembly may be required upon arrival depending on the version

Production Time:
Finished helmets typically take 2 to 5 weeks or longer to print, prep, and paint depending on your selected version. Each one is made to order with attention to detail.

Chrome Parts Notice:
All chrome pieces—including the blades, mask, and triblade—now come pre-weathered to match the on-screen appearance from the 1990 film. For a clean, non-weathered chrome finish, there is an additional $100 fee. We highly recommend rewatching the movie to see the intentional imperfections used in the costume design.
