1. Initial Inquiry

  • Reach out to us via our contact form or email with details about your idea. The more information you provide, the better! Feel free to include reference images, size requirements, colors, and any special requests.

2. Project Discussion & Quote

  • After reviewing your request, we’ll get back to you to discuss your project in detail. This helps us ensure we understand exactly what you’re looking for. We’ll then provide a quote based on materials, design complexity, and time required.

3. Design & Approval

  • Once we’ve agreed on the details, we’ll start working on a design mock-up if your custom piece requires new modeling. We’ll share this with you for approval, so you can confirm that everything looks perfect before we proceed.

4. Production

  • After approval, we begin printing and hand-finishing your custom piece. Depending on the complexity, custom orders can take from a few days to a few weeks to complete, as we strive for the highest quality possible.

5. Completion & Shipping

  • When your custom piece is ready, we’ll send you photos of the finished product before shipping. Once you’re satisfied, we’ll carefully package your order and ship it to you.
