- After reviewing your request, we’ll get back to you to discuss your project in detail. This helps us ensure we understand exactly what you’re looking for. We’ll then provide a quote based on materials, design complexity, and time required.
3. Design & Approval
- Once we’ve agreed on the details, we’ll start working on a design mock-up if your custom piece requires new modeling. We’ll share this with you for approval, so you can confirm that everything looks perfect before we proceed.
4. Production
- After approval, we begin printing and hand-finishing your custom piece. Depending on the complexity, custom orders can take from a few days to a few weeks to complete, as we strive for the highest quality possible.
5. Completion & Shipping
- When your custom piece is ready, we’ll send you photos of the finished product before shipping. Once you’re satisfied, we’ll carefully package your order and ship it to you.
